While one person leads the relationship, a full team supports the sale. That’s how we maintain consistency and results at scale.
I’m Esh Kohli, an Auckland-based property developer with a strong background in real estate, having been involved in over 550 property sales, more than $500 million in settled transactions, and the successful marketing and sale of 100+ development projects.
My experience on both sides of the industry has given me a unique understanding of the entire property lifecycle — from site acquisition and project feasibility through to design, construction, marketing, and delivery. Today, my primary focus is property development, where I am committed to creating high-quality homes that combine thoughtful design, functionality, and lasting value for homeowners and investors alike.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Postgraduate Degree in Business, I bring strategic thinking, commercial insight, and a disciplined approach to every project. My earlier career in the insurance industry further strengthened my problem-solving abilities and helped shape my understanding of risk management, planning, and client service.
I work closely with architects, planners, consultants, builders, and project partners to bring developments to life, ensuring every project is carefully considered from concept through to completion. My goal is simple: to create homes that people are proud to own and communities that stand the test of time.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I have built strong connections within Auckland’s diverse communities and remain passionate about contributing to the city's ongoing growth and development.
Outside of property, you’ll usually find me playing cricket — a passion that has taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and always striving for excellence.
